Our Story

While Carswell Real Estate officially opened in 2006, our connection to Magnolia and the surrounding communities goes back much further.
The Carswell family moved here in 1963—long before the growth and development that defines the area today. What was once a quiet, rural community has evolved, and we have grown right alongside it.
Founder Lisa Carswell began helping friends and family well before the company officially launched, building the business through trust and word-of-mouth. Today, Justin Carswell leads as broker/agent, continuing the family’s hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
