Great Experience! I worked with Lisa Carswell & her team to sell our home during a very challenging market, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, she was professional, honest, and incredibly proactive. She communicated clearly at every step, provided thoughtful guidance on pricing and presentation, and continuously worked to bring in qualified buyers. Despite the market conditions, we achieved a strong result, and the process felt smooth and well-supported. I highly recommend Lisa Carswell and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lisa helped us sell our house quick and for more than we thought! This was our first time selling our home and we were nervous at first worrying if it’ll sit on the market for too long and we’d lower the price. But Lisa and Sandy helped us every step of the way and sold our house at list price and exceeded our expectations!

Lisa is Great. It’s that simple. . My family has known and had business dealings with Lisa for many years. Her integrity and care for others is so refreshing in a world where many realtors put themselves first. Her assistance and guidance through our recent purchase of some property went smoothly and without any surprises. Thank you, Todd

36 Hour Turnaround on our Sale! . Lisa and Sandy did a phenomenal job walking us through the proper pricing, assessment of comps, completing amazing photos of our home and we were able to get it sold in less than two days. Our family is so grateful for their work and highly recommend them! We won't be living in TX anymore but they are the only people I'd trust and I will definitely be a referral source.

Lisa Carswell is a super agent who worked very hard to sell my property. Lisa was extremely communicative, and kept me up-to-date on every action. She is very conscientious and honest, and I recommend her highly!
